ZOOGVPN · Service and usage agreement
Before you start using it, understand the scope of the service, subscription rules, usage requirements, and the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

ZoogVPN service is owned and operated by Zoog Services IKE and provides network access through an encrypted tunnel in conjunction with your internet connection. The terms of service include relevant privacy policies, refund policies and registration information.
When completing registration, you confirm that you have the authority to accept the agreement on behalf of the contracting party and agree to be bound by the corresponding terms.
To use the service, you need to complete account registration and provide your email address and password for account management. You can register in the account creation interface of the ZoogVPN app.
The account entrance on the current website provides usage assistance; actual account login and registration must be completed in the app. Do not provide your account password in the inquiry form.
Services are provided through different schemes. Subscriptions are available during the validity period and need to be renewed after expiration; recurring subscriptions continue according to the selected period until canceled. Fees are paid based on the plan, price and applicable taxes confirmed at the time of purchase.
Promotions or price adjustments are applicable to new subscriptions, and existing recurring subscriptions will be processed in accordance with their corresponding agreements. Trials and offers can be adjusted or stopped, and trials cannot be abused through repeated registration by the same person.
Premium features on Google Play and App Store may be automatically deducted after the trial ends and must be canceled by the user in advance. The iOS trial is limited to one time, and repeated attempts may incur immediate charges. The premium plan expires and the free plan has different rights, traffic and usage conditions.
The right to use the service is a limited right for an individual or enterprise to use for itself. You may not resell the Services, Software, Accounts, or information obtained through the Services without express written authorization. You are responsible for the content of data transmitted through the Service and must comply with applicable laws, network rules, and the legal rights of others.
The service software belongs to ZoogVPN or related rights holders. The authorization is only for the corresponding services; you may not copy, distribute, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, disassemble or attempt to obtain the source code without permission.
May not infringe third party copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, rights of publicity or privacy. P2P may only be used in explicitly supported locations and may not be used for piracy activities. Free Android apps may display ads and have device information processed by ad serving.
Cooperative promotions should be truthful, business-ethical, and clearly disclose the commercial or interest relationship between the promoter and the service. You are not allowed to send spam, use misleading copywriting, infringe other people's intellectual property rights, recommend yourself to obtain commissions, or fake users and transactions.
For promotions suspected of violating regulations, real evidence such as website promotion content, advertising activities, and analysis records may be required. Failure to provide credible evidence or to correct violations may result in the suspension or termination of the partner account.
You are not allowed to bid on restricted keywords such as ZoogVPN brand name, domain name, spelling variations and related discount words without written permission; you are not allowed to violate the agreed search advertising position restrictions. Existing accounts may not be provided to third parties for a fee.
Lifetime subscription covers the features, services and servers included at the time of purchase. New features, services or servers in the future will not automatically be included in the original rights and interests, unless otherwise explicitly stated; new content may require additional payment.
The service may modify, update or discontinue parts of the service, and a lifetime subscription does not guarantee that all future features and servers will continue to be available.
To maintain network services, the following actions are restricted. Violating the rules or engaging in suspicious or malicious activities may result in service access being suspended or terminated; the service provider may evaluate the impact and request clarification.
ZoogVPN may maintain, update, modify, improve or adjust the Service. The Agreement does not guarantee individual notification of all updates, nor does it grant the User additional rights for future support, maintenance, modifications or enhancements.
The Services are provided "as is" and the Terms exclude certain express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Service is not guaranteed to meet all requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, or completely error-free, or that all problems will be fixed.
Use of software, files and other content downloaded or obtained through the Services is at the user's risk. Additional warranties not expressly stated in the terms will not automatically arise from oral or written suggestions.
The terms limit liability for incidental, indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, arising out of the use or inability to use the service; the terms limit liability to users or third parties to US$1. Specific application is subject to relevant laws.
For third-party claims of infringement, fraud or breach of terms arising from content submitted by users, as well as related third-party claims involving disputes over contracts or service transactions between users, the terms stipulate that users bear the obligation to defend, compensate or protect the service provider from losses.
