Install apps on your TV

Open Google Play on your TV, search for ZoogVPN and install it; you can also get the TV version APK through the entrance on this page.

Log in to your account

Open the app with the remote control and follow the prompts to complete account login.

Choose a location and connect to the big screen

Select the server and enable the connection, then open your favorite TV app.

Android TV detailed installation and configuration

  1. Find ZoogVPN in TV Google Play, check device compatibility and install. For devices without Google Play, you can use the Android TV APK download portal on this page and check the TV model and system compatibility.
  2. When you already have a trusted TV version APK, you can pass it to the device in a way supported by the TV firmware. After temporarily opening the installation permissions, use the file manager to install, and after completion, close the permissions that are no longer needed.
  3. Open the app with your remote and log in, allow VPN connection, select server. After the connection is successful, launch the TV application you want to use.

Login and registration

If you already have an account, you can use your registered email address to log in within the ZoogVPN app. New users can register through the app's account creation portal; the same account can be used on supported platforms.

Select password reset on the app login interface, use your registered email address to receive emails, and check your spam folder. If you still cannot restore access, please contact the support team.

Packages, Renewals and Refunds

Please check where your subscription was purchased. Subscriptions purchased from the app store are managed by the corresponding store; for other billing issues, please provide your registered email address, payment date and order information and contact the support team. Deleting the app will not cancel renewal.
