ZoogVPN offers VPN services through different subscription plans. Registration requires an email address and password, and the email address is used for both account login and management. It is recommended to use an email address that can send and receive emails normally in order to receive service notifications and replies.
Email is used to provide services, maintain accounts, subscribe to communicate, offer information and customer support. Email addresses will not be sold or rented; personal information will not be sold, traded, or leased to third parties. The scope of necessary payment processing is set out below.
ZoogVPN does not collect or retain users’ VPN online activities, websites or apps visited, timestamps, user IP addresses, and login/exit session logs.
To provide the VPN service, aggregated upload and download totals are recorded. These totals do not include traffic content or destination addresses and cannot be equated to browsing history.

When processing card or PayPal payments, the user's email address is required to be provided to the payment processor. The processor may only have access to the information necessary to complete the corresponding task, may not use it for other purposes, and shall be subject to confidentiality obligations. Related information is protected through encryption and security measures.
ZoogVPN primarily offers its services through premium subscriptions that are billed by term. To support free services, some free apps may display limited advertisements; free Android apps may access advertising services.
Advertising and website data processing and VPN activity logs fall under separate scopes. Privacy options on your device can be managed in conjunction with app permissions, system ad settings, and account preferences.
The website may use cookies that are strictly necessary to maintain a session. Where permitted by law and where the required consent is obtained, limited analytical or performance cookies may also be used.
Cookies do not change the log-free handling of VPN traffic. Browser cookies, information you actively submit to the website, and logged-in website accounts still need to be managed separately.
The service uses technologies such as encryption, firewalls, and SSL/TLS to protect personal information. System access follows the principle of least privilege, and only the necessary permissions are granted to the people or services that need access.
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, handle disputes and enforce agreements. Aggregated transfer totals are retained for operational purposes only.
