Fill in the account information according to the guide, save the connection configuration and connect.

Linux detailed installation and configuration

  1. Prepare a Linux system with administrator rights, available accounts, and the OpenVPN configuration file (.ovpn) of the corresponding server. Configuration files are not shipped with this site; if missing, installation support explains the distribution and required location.
  2. Ubuntu / Debian can install OpenVPN and NetworkManager's OpenVPN plug-in through the System Software Manager. For other distributions, please select the corresponding components in your own package manager.
  3. In the VPN area of ​​the system network settings, select Add connection, and then select Import from file. Import the obtained .ovpn file; if the file refers to an independent certificate or key, place it as required and select the corresponding file.
  4. Check the protocol, port, and authentication method specified in the configuration file, and fill in the applicable service credentials. Don't make up your own server addresses, certificates, ports, or login credentials.
  5. After saving, open the VPN and wait for the system to display that the connection is successful. Check whether you can still access the network; if it fails, record the error message, distribution and OpenVPN version, and then contact installation support.

Account usage and subscription help.

Login and registration

If you already have an account, you can use your registered email address to log in within the ZoogVPN app. New users can register through the app's account creation portal; the same account can be used on supported platforms.

forget the password

Select password reset on the app login interface, use your registered email address to receive emails, and check your spam folder. If you still cannot restore access, please contact the support team.

Packages, Renewals and Refunds

Please check where your subscription was purchased. Subscriptions purchased from the app store are managed by the corresponding store; for other billing issues, please provide your registered email address, payment date and order information and contact the support team. Deleting the app will not cancel renewal.

Password and account security

Set an independent password for the account and keep it properly.

Generate and save

Use your device or browser's built-in password manager to generate a long enough random password for ZoogVPN and save it. Don’t reuse passwords for email, social networking sites, or other services.

reset password

Use the password reset function on the app login screen. Confirm that the reset email comes from the intended service, and then follow the prompts; there is no need to send passwords or verification codes to customer service.

Check account access

When you suspect your password has been compromised, change your password promptly and contact the support team. Provide your registered email address and time when the problem occurred during consultation to avoid sending passwords or complete payment information.
