First confirm the system version, and then select the installation entrance for the corresponding platform.

1. For Windows, go to "Settings → System → About" to check the version; for Mac, go to "About This Mac" to check the system and chip information.
2. Enter the corresponding download page, use the client portal, or check compatibility in an available store before installing.
3. Start the application login account and follow the system prompts to allow the necessary VPN configuration.
4. Select the server and wait for the application to show that the connection is successful. Record the prompt and system version when encountering installation errors.

Different systems use different installation channels, and system authorization is required for the first connection.

1. Android can choose APK or Google Play; iPhone and iPad use App Store.
2. Check device compatibility before installation, and log in using your account email after installation.
3. Confirm the VPN permission request or add VPN configuration when connecting for the first time.
4. Select a location and connect; if the store cannot find the app, provide your account region and device model to contact support.

Linux requires an available account, OpenVPN components, and adapted server configuration.

1. Prepare administrator rights and the .ovpn configuration file of the corresponding server.
2. Install OpenVPN and the applicable system network management plug-in.
3. Select Import from file in the VPN network settings, select the certificate as required by the configuration and fill in the service credentials.
4. Save and connect; if the configuration file is missing or fails to import, provide the release version and error information to contact installation support.

Check the network, location, and protocol in order, and retry the connection after each adjustment.

1. Confirm that the device itself can access the Internet normally, and reconnect to Wi-Fi or switch to an available network if necessary.
2. Turn off other VPNs or proxies running at the same time to avoid interference in connection configurations.
3. Change server locations; try other protocols based on application support.
4. Check whether VPN permission is denied and confirm that the app version is compatible with the system.
5. If you still cannot connect, record the platform, application version, network type, server and error message, and contact support.

The distance of the server, the network it's on, and the applications running at the same time all affect speed.

1. Compare the experience before and after connection under the same network at a similar time to avoid mistaking network fluctuations for fixed differences.
2. Try locations that are closer first, and then compare other locations.
3. Pause unnecessary high-traffic downloads and check whether other devices are taking up bandwidth.
4. Switch the protocol according to the options provided by the client, reconnect and then test.
5. When submitting a question, please attach the test time, selected location, and before and after results to facilitate reproduction.

Network changes may interrupt existing VPN connections. Please confirm the application status before resuming use.

1. After waking up the device or switching Wi-Fi or cellular networks, check whether ZoogVPN still shows connected.
2. Disconnect and reconnect if necessary to confirm that access to the required applications is restored.
3. If the Kill Switch is enabled, the network may remain paused when the VPN is not restored, which is a symptom of Kill Switch.
4. Check whether the system restricts the application from running in the background. When disconnected repeatedly, the occurrence conditions and version information are provided.

You can register through the account creation portal of the ZoogVPN app.

1. Download the platform app appropriate for your device and select Create Account.
2. Use an email address that can send and receive emails normally, and set an independent password.
3. Complete the necessary confirmations as prompted by the app, then log in using that email address.
4. Start your experience with the available plans and servers, and then choose the advanced package according to your needs.

Password reset requires the account registration email address.

1. Select Password Reset on the application login interface and confirm that the registered email address is filled in.
2. Check spam, promotional email folders, and mailboxes for filtering rules.
3. Check the spelling of your email and account information to avoid submitting multiple requests within a short period of time.
4. If you still cannot recover, provide your registered email address and problem description to the support team, and do not send passwords or verification codes.

Install the corresponding app on each device and log in with the same account.

1. Select independent download pages based on computer, mobile phone, TV or browser.
2. Log in with the original account to check the device and function benefits of the current plan.
3. When you are unable to log in or are prompted for restrictions, check your account email and current package to avoid creating multiple accounts by mistake.
4. When the subscription exists but the benefits are not displayed, retain the purchase channel and order information and contact support.

Average monthly prices are used for comparison, and actual payments are confirmed for the full installment amount listed on the card.

1. First check the number of months of service in the package, including the clearly listed length of the gift.
2. Use "Average Monthly Price/Total Package Price" to switch comparison to see the one-time payment amount.
3. Check currency, service period, event conditions and renewal information before purchasing.
4. When further confirmation is needed, use "Consult this Package" and the selected package will bring in the consultation content.

Cancellation of renewal must be confirmed through the original subscription or payment channel. Uninstalling the app will not cancel it automatically.

2. When purchasing through an app store, review and cancel in the respective store's subscription management.
3. Other channels need to verify the recurring payment settings of the original payment source; if support assistance is needed, please raise it at least 3 days in advance.

Check the refund conditions first, and then prepare information to facilitate account verification and payment.

1. Check whether it is the first payment for a new subscription, application within 7 days, less than 10 GB usage, etc.
2. Confirm that the purchase channel, payment method and plan duration comply with the refund policy.
3. Prepare the account email, order, payment date, cause of the problem and troubleshooting steps that have been tried.
4. A bill consultation draft is generated on the site, and you confirm and send it in the email application. Please refer to the refund policy for the processing and arrival time after approval.

VPN activity is handled separately from account services data.

1. No logs of VPN online activity, websites and apps visited, user IPs, timestamps, and session records.
2. The account email is used for login, subscription and support communication; the aggregate traffic volume is used for service operations.
3. Website cookies, payment services, and the information you actively submit need to be understood according to their respective purposes.
4. When you need to access, correct or delete personal data, you can make an explicit request to the support team.

Check the network route and resolution path. Do not judge leaks based on just a region name.

1. Record the network egress and resolution when not connected to VPN as a comparison.
2. Connect to the selected location, wait for the app to confirm it's connected, and then check for changes.
3. Confirm that the browser used for detection is not excluded from traffic and check browser proxy and independent DNS settings.
4. If the results are not as expected, pause sensitive operations, reconnect, check settings, and contact support.

These features target different connectivity needs, and availability depends on platform and client version.

1. A Kill Switch suspends regular network access in the event of an unexpected VPN outage, reducing outage exposure.
2. Split tunneling is used to select which apps go through the VPN, and excluded apps still use the regular network.
3. Shadow provides a connection method that adapts to some restricted networks and needs to be enabled according to platform support.
4. After each adjustment, confirm the connection status of the required application before resuming daily use.

Depending on the actual TV system selection, Android TV and Fire TV have separate entrances.

1. Android TV can use Google Play or the corresponding TV version APK entrance.
2. Fire TV / Fire TV Stick uses the Amazon App Store entrance.
3. Check device compatibility at the store and log in with your remote after installation.
4. Allow the VPN connection, select a location and connect, then open the TV app you want to use.

The router needs to support the VPN client function; only the VPN server function is not enough.

1. Record the model and firmware version in the management interface and confirm supported VPN client protocols.
2. Back up the current settings, keeping the local management portal available.
3. Obtain a configuration that matches the protocol and location, import and authenticate as supported by the firmware.
4. Check access with one device first, and if the configuration fails, deactivate the new configuration and restore the original network.

Browser extensions mainly handle connections within the corresponding browser.

1. Install the extension at the corresponding download portal on this page, and follow the browser prompts to confirm permissions.
2. Open ZoogVPN from the toolbar or extension menu, log in and select a location.
3. When you need to establish a VPN connection for other computer applications, you should choose a Windows or macOS client.
4. Extensions can be deactivated, updated or uninstalled in browser extension management.
