Android detailed installation and configuration

  1. When the device supports Google Play, use the store entrance on this page to check the compatibility requirements and install it. You can also obtain the application through the Android APK download entrance on this page, and check the Android version and device compatibility before installation.
  2. When installing an APK from a trusted source, Android may ask to temporarily allow the corresponding file manager or browser to install the app. This permission can be turned off when finished.
  3. Open the app to log in, follow the system prompts to allow the VPN connection, select a location and wait for the connection to complete.

Account usage and subscription help.

Login and registration

If you already have an account, you can use your registered email address to log in within the ZoogVPN app. New users can register through the app's account creation portal; the same account can be used on supported platforms.

Select password reset on the app login interface, use your registered email address to receive emails, and check your spam folder. If you still cannot restore access, please contact the support team.

Packages, Renewals and Refunds

Please check where your subscription was purchased. Subscriptions purchased from the app store are managed by the corresponding store; for other billing issues, please provide your registered email address, payment date and order information and contact the support team. Deleting the app will not cancel renewal.

Use your device or browser's built-in password manager to generate a long enough random password for ZoogVPN and save it. Don’t reuse passwords for email, social networking sites, or other services.

Use the password reset function on the app login screen. Confirm that the reset email comes from the intended service, and then follow the prompts; there is no need to send passwords or verification codes to customer service.

Check account access

When you suspect your password has been compromised, change your password promptly and contact the support team. Provide your registered email address and time when the problem occurred during consultation to avoid sending passwords or complete payment information.
